Construction is near completion on the Piazza. Jeff and Anna Tatman, owners of Piazza di Felice have done an incredible job at making the Piazza an East Market Street showcase. Our logia (patio) is now covered and more comfortable with ceiling fans for comfort during the warm weather.
Unfortunately, the bocce ball court has been removed. Grapes are to be planted in its place to be used in the future for the wines of Felice Vineyards.
Every Tuesday from 3pm until 7pm, the Piazza hosts the Phoenix Hill Farmers Market. Stop in for your fresh vegetables, flowers, meats, eggs and more.
Our friends, Bob and Joey at the Bodega, also located in the Piazza continue to offer hard to find groceries, and yummy breakfast and lunch choices. They also have a coffee bar and a great selection of beers. Check out their website for more information.
I think every restaurant in town in gearing up for the Ryder Cup, September 15-23. Melillo''s will host a wine dinner on Monday, the 15th. "Par for the Course" will include a 5 course meal paired with the organic wines of Bontera. Bontera is a sponsor of the PGA. Details will be finalized soon and will be posted on our webpage.
